Abstract

Une valve de prothèse comprend un organe annulaire (4) à monter dans le flux sanguin, plusieurs colonnettes (6) dont une extrémité est reliée à la paroi interne (2) de l'organe annulaire (4), les autres extrémités étant fixées l'une à l'autre, et une membrane flexible (10) montée entre les colonnettes (6), présentant une partie en jupe (10a) qui peut s'appliquer contre la surface de paroi interne de l'organe annulaire (4) ou la quitter en fonction de l'équilibre des pressions du sang de part et d'autre de la membrane (10). Cette valve est destinée à etre placée dans un circuit sanguin, un coeur artificiel ou une valvule aortique ou pulmonaire.
