Abstract

Le détecteur de différence de tension utilise une paire de miroirs de courant T7 et T8 et T10 et T11. Les deux résistances R du premier miroir de courant doivent etre de valeur égale, il doit en etre de meme pour les deux résistances R' du second miroir. Le transistor T9 est déclenché chaque fois que VA- VB plus grand que VREF tandis que T12 l'est quand VB-VA est plus grand que VREF.
