Abstract

L'invention concerne la dépotassification des sous-produits des industries agro-alimentaires par élimination du potassium sous forme de cristaux de sulfate de potassium séparés par décantation et centrifugation. Pour améliorer la granulométrie des cristaux de sulfate de potassium produits et, faciliter leur séparation, on mélange aux sous-produits à traiter, préalablement concentrés, les eaux-mères séparées des cristaux par centrifugation et on refroidit le mélange pendant la décantation.
