Abstract

Procéde pour assurer la libération en milieu aqueux de polypeptides produits par des levures et localisés au moins partiellement dans l'espace périplasmique de celles-ci; ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à traiter ces levures en milieu aqueux avec un système comprenant d'une part un sel minéral soluble et neutre, et d'autre part un agent tensio-actif nonionique du type alkylphénol polyéthoxylé soluble dans l'eau et dont le HLB est compris entre 8 et 15.
