Abstract

Dispositif de propulsion marin comprenant un support pivotant (24) conçu pour etre monté sur une traverse de bateau (14), afin d'assurer son mouvement de pivotement par rapport à la traverse de bateau autour d'un axe de direction généralement verticale et autour d'un axe de basculement généralement horizontal, une unité de propulsion (28) comprenant une transmission (48) réversible et connectée, de manière amovible, au support pivotant et un mécanisme disposé entre le support pivotant (24) et l'unité de propulsion (28) afin d'actionner la transmission depuis le support pivotant, le mécanisme étant dégagé en cas de déconnexion de l'unité de propulsion par rapport au support pivotant et étant engagé en cas de connexion de l'unité de propulsion avec le support pivotant.
