Abstract

Polysaccharides azotés, caractérisés en ce qu'on les obtient par la fermentation du bouillon de culture, produites par l'inoculation de deux classes différentes de bactéries, appartenant aux genres Zymomonas et Pediococcus, le polysaccharide étant isolé sous forme d'un produit d'adsorption.
