Elément de frein comportant un support en matière thermoplastique 1 supportant au moins une garniture de frein 5 réalisée poreuse. L'élément de frein est caractérisé en ce que la garniture 5 est solidarisée de son support 1 par des mini-aspérités d'ancrage 3, faisant partie du support 1, s'étendant dans les porosités 4 de la garniture 5. Les min-aspérités d'ancrage 3 sont obtenues lors du surmoulage du support 1 sur la garniture 5.
