Abstract
Pate pour cuisson, subdivisée en patons individuels déposés sur une bande de cuisson en formant un arrangement ordonné de patons situés à une faible distance des patons voisins, le levage provoquant une fusion de chaque paton avec les patons voisins pour former un bloc de produit cuit ayant une structure cellulaire, chaque cellule comprenant une partie intérieure molle et une partie extérieure relativement ferme soudée au moins en partie aux parties extérieures des cellules voisines.
