Abstract
Nouveau conjugué de l'alpha-mélanotropine avec la 4- (bis (2-chloro-éthyl) amino) -L- phénylalanine, ses sels d'addition d'acides, leur procédé de préparation et les compositions thérapeutiques les contenant. Dans ce composé, la 4- (bis (2-chloroéthyl)amino) -L- phénylalanine est fixée par une liaison peptidique au groupe aminé libre en epsilon de la lysine se trouvant en position 11 de l'alpha-mélanotropine. Ce composé est préparé par condensation d'un ester activé de la 4-(bis (2-chloroéthyl) amino) -L- phénylalanine, dont le groupe aminé est protégé, avec l'alpha-mélanotropine, suivie de l'élimination du groupe protecteur du conjugué obtenu. Le nouveau conjugué est utile dans le traitement des mélanomes malins chez l'homme.
