Abstract
Solution porteuse afin de rendre un film pour milieu de culture bactérienne pret à l'emploi, complet et normalement sec, spécifique pour la croissance sélective des souches de Lactobacillus, par application comme diluant d'une solution contenant un inhibiteur d'organisme gram négatif, un agent antifongique soluble dans l'eau, un sel de nitrite soluble dans l'eau et un ion fluorure, cette solution ayant un pH compris dans la gamme d'environ 6,5 à environ 7,5.
