Abstract

The unit is used for shooting spherical balls, such as markers. It has simplified design, is easily manned, and its operation is longer, whilst the fluid consumption per shot is reduced. The unit consists of a housing (1) in which a barrel (2) is fitted and a cylindrical chamber is machined housing a two-stage piston (4). A hole is bored centrally through the latter which at the rear end of piston (4) is connected to radially machined holes (8) is the same stage. There is a sector in the cylindrical chamber which has a diameter larger than the diameter of the rear stage of piston (4).
