Abstract

The low lactose dietetic milk product is designed for thediets of seriously ill and reconvalescent patients and childrenand adults requiring specific dieting - in particular people withcongenital or acquired lactase insuficiency. It can also be usedby healthy people subjected to great physical loads havingincreased energy requirements. The invention also relates to amethod for its preparation. The prroduct contains low lactosewholesome cows' milk, low lactose milk hydrolysate having over 95%decomposition of the milk caseine, low lactose wholesome milkfermented with selected strains Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.bulgaricus, saccharose, olive oil, pectine, vitamin E, ortho-acidor its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, aspartam, aromatizers andflavours, in particular cocoa.
