Abstract

Методът и системата се прилагат при съхраняване на продукти или товари, по-специално на замразено месо или други продукти, например зеленчуци. Чрез тях се осигурява охлаждане на стикованите върху палети продукти с възможност смесени товари да бъдат съхранявани и впоследствие транспортирани в обикновена среда. Системата се състои от палета (3), въвили върху която е монтирана хладилна система (1) с изпарител (15) и кондензатор (10). Продуктите (201) са затворени в опаковка, действаща като газовапреграда, например пластмасова торба (2), гофриран картон и други. Опаковката може да включва и изолационни панели (200), оразмерени така, че да създават въздушен канал около подредените в стек продукти (201). Газовият поток от изпарителя (15), т.е.потокът вътрешно на газовата преграда, се поддържа отделен от газовия поток от кондензатора (10) чрез средства за разделяне, например чрез разделителна газова бариера (33) и чрез канали в палетата (3). В друго изпълнение хладилната уредба (1) е поставена върху стека с продукти (201), като разделянето на газовите потоци се постига чрез уплътняване на пластмасовата торба (2) към фланец на корпуса на хладилната система.
