Abstract
Изобретението се отнася до липозомен състав, включващ като активен компонент (-)-N- -диметил-N-(2-пропинил-фенилетиламин) (селегилин) и/или негова сол, който може да се използва за лечение на болест на Алцхаймер, Паркинсонова болест, депресия, мозъчен инсулт, морска болест или миелит. Съдържанието на посочения състав в тегл.% е следния: от 0,1 до 40 селегилин и/или негова сол, от 2 до 40 липиди, за предпочитане фосфолипиди, от 0 до 10 холестерол, от 0 до 20 алкохол, от 0 до 25 гликол, 0-3 антиокислител, 0-3 консервант, 0-2 средство за регулиране на вискозитета, от 0 до 50 циклодекстрин или циклодекстриново производно и от 30 до 90 вода. Изобретението се отнася и до фармацевтичен състав, съдържащ описания липозомен състав при желание заеднос пълнител, разредител или спомагателни вещества,за предпочитане във форма за орално, парентерално или трансдермално приложение, както и до метод за получаване на липозомни състави, съдържащи селегилин и/или негова сол.
