Abstract
Битовият уред за готвене съдържа каталитична горелка (1), състояща се най-малко от един елемент (2)за приготвяне на сместа за горене (7), поне една камера (8) за разпределяне на сместа и една каталитична структура (9), през която преминава сместа. Термичен колектор (10) е разположен на разстояние от каталитичната структура (9), разпростира се върху цялата й ефективна повърхност и е изпълнен и проектиран така, че да разсейва навън поне част от топлинната енергия, излъчена и/или конвектирана от горелката (1) и контролно устройство (11) за управляване скоростта на насищане с газ на сместа за горене (7) в зависимост от скоростта на потока на газовото гориво (3). Последната се управлява ръчно исамостоятелно чрез вентил (4). Устройството (11) регулира принудителния поток на въздуха, необходимза горенето (5), получаван от вентилатор (6) по такъв начин, че по време на нормални условия на работа той се увеличава, когато скоростта на потока (3) се увеличава и съответно се намалява, когато скоростта на потока (3) се намалява.
