Abstract
The device is used in dentistry. It can be used for inflicting unlimited number of blows until the crown or the bridge get unbstuck without removing it from the patient's mouth at stageless adjustment of the force of the blow. The device consists of a hollow cylindrical handle (1) with a grip (2) mounted on its external surface, a pin (18) being movably fitted in a hole meshed into a retaining groove (4) formed at the front end of a bushing (3) fitted in the handle (1). At the rear end of the handle (1) an adjustment screw (6) is mounted with a buffer spring (8) frontally getting in contact with the bottom of a cylindrical body (5). At the front end of handle (1) a hexagonal bushing (9) is pivotly connected, the rear part of which is connected by a threading to body (5), and a replaceable endpiece (10) being mounted in its front end. An operating spring (13) is fitted internally in the handle (1), between a threshold (11) and the front of bushing (3). 2 claims, 3 figures
