The shoe has a design allowing the foot of its wearer tooccupy a right position in it. It has secured stability againsttorsion and for compactness of its structure. The shoe includes asolid moulded part (116) in which a cup-like recess is formed inthe region of the toe (118) and an anatomic support for the soleof the foot (12) fitted in front of the cup-like recess,proximally exactly to the heads of the metatarsal bones.19 claims, 14 figures
