Abstract

The cap can find application in the food industry, especially in closing of bottles containing alcoholic drinks. It serves for certifying and indicating their initial opening. It comprises a cylindrical bushing (1) continuing by weakening connection (4) into a flange (2), which is closely contained in an inner (15) and outer (11) cap, fitting between them being made by slit connections. Between the cylindrical bushing (1) and the outer cap (11) there is a protection belt (6) which, by means of a reduced connection (7) is fitted to bushing (1), and on its internal surface there are inclined teeth (5). On the inner surface of the inner cap (15) ribs (16) are machined above which there are concentric grooves (14). Along the outer surface of cap (15) there are vertical slits (19) above which there are concentric rings (20), and under the slits (19), along the entire periphery of the inner cap, (15) there is a signal section (17) with machined outer inclined teeth (18), which are found between the inclined teeth (5) of the protection belt (6). After the initial opening of the cap, the protection belt (6) drops, and signal section (17) remains open. In an embodiment of this invention the inner cap (15) is differently coloured from the cylindrical bushing (1) and the outer cap (11), and after the protection belt (6) drops out, the signal section (17) is in contract by colour to the outer cap (11) and the cylindrical bushing (1).
