Abstract
Реактор с радиален поток за синтез на амоняк, включващ външен кожух, в който са монтирани един под друг два пръстеновидни катализаторни слоя и топлообменник, характеризиращ се с твоа, че в централния отвор на първия пръстеновиден катализаторен слой е монтиран рекуператор, чиито корпус е свързан в горния си край с капак, а в долния си край корпусът е свързан със среден пръстен, под който пръстен и върху долен пръстен е установен вторият пръстеновиден катализаторен слой така, че между горната повърхност на втория катализаторен слой и долната повърхност на средния пръстен остава междина, която е свързана в периферията си с пръстеновиден канал, образуван от стената на втория катализаторен слой и стената на цилиндър, чиято горна основа е средният пръстен, а долната му основа е долният пръстен, като при това долният пръстен има централен отвор, който свързва втория катализаторен слой с междутръбното пространство на топлообменника, при което между пространството над първия катализаторен слой и корпуса на рекуператора е монтирана тръбна система, а в долния край на корпуса на рекуператора са оформени система от отвори, като същевременно над капака е монтиран фланец с вход за студена вода и изход за пара.
