Abstract

Тплообменна плоча за загряване и охлаждане на течности, по-специално мляко, включваща разположени напречно на посоката на потока вълнообразни издатини с еднаква величина, при които с помощта на опорни палци между две съседни топлообменни плочи се създават поточни канали предимно с правоъгълно напречно сечение, като за втичане и изтичане на течната среда странично са поставени отвори, които ако са пробити, се наричат очи, характеризираща се с твоа, че вълнообразната издатина от участъка за постъпване на течността в първата топлообменна плоча образува поточно напречно сечение с вълнообразна издатина от участъка за изтичане на течността в срещуположната и завъртяна на 180' втора топлообменна плоча, като поточното напречно сечение е по-голямо в сравнение със средното поточно напречно сечение.
