Abstract

Методът намира приложение в металолеенето. С него се получава и поддържа подходящо налягане на разтопения метал в зоната на дюзата. Методът включва непрекъснато леене на разтопен метал върху леярски диск, който се движи край дюза, поставена в междинна разливна кофа, акумулираща разтопения метал. В разливната кофа се налива разтопен метал със скорост и налягане, най-малко 0,0172 бар/сек, за създаване на началното налягане, след което се налива допълнително разтопен метал за поддържане на налягането при дюзата по време на леенето. С междинната разливна кофа се създава и поддържа подходящо налягане на разтопения метал в зоната на дюзата й. Кофата (22) е съставена от челна стена (26) с вътрешна повърхнина (29), задна стена (28) с вътрешна повърхнина (30) и странични стени (32,34).
