Abstract

Методът намира приложение за получаване на асфалтово-каучукова емулсия, предназанчена за хидролизация и наансяне на покрития и по-специално за консервиране и подновяване на стари, унищожени водопроницаеми покриви, както и за водонепроницаеми изолации на подземни части на сгради. С него се постига повишен вискозитет, химическа и физическа устойчивост. Методът се състои в получаване на асфалтово-каучукова емулсия, като към пластифициран и/или модифициран нефтен битум в количество 500 до 1300 тегл. Ч. Се прибавя на порции каучуков латекс в количество 80 до 480 тегл. Ч. Сместа се бърка при температура 10-60'с, след което се прибавя на порции от 80 до 470 тегл. Ч. Минерална паста и от 6 до 24 тегл.ч. вулканизационна смес и в даден случай вулканизирана бентонитова поста и цялата смес се бърка, докато се получи хомогенна дисперсия. Емулсията се изготвя в снабден с емулсионна бъркалка съд. 5 претенцииThe method is used for obtaining an asphalt-rubber emulsion, intended for hydrolyzation and application of coatings and, in particular, for the conservation and renewal of old, destroyed water-permeable roofs, as well as for waterproof insulation of underground parts of buildings. It achieves increased viscosity, chemical and physical resistance. The method consists in obtaining an asphalt-rubber emulsion, as to plasticized and/or modified petroleum bitumen in an amount of 500 to 1300 wt. C. Rubber latex is added in portions in the amount of 80 to 480 wt. H. The mixture is stirred at a temperature of 10-60's, then added in portions from 80 to 470 wt. H. Mineral paste and from 6 to 24 wt.h. vulcanization mixture and optionally vulcanized bentonite post and the whole mixture is stirred until a homogeneous dispersion is obtained. The emulsion is prepared in a container equipped with an emulsion stirrer. 5 claims
