Abstract
Съединенията, получени по метода, намират приложение в медицината. Те са ефективни при активирането на стомашно двигателната функция. Съединенията имат формула: в която r1означава водород, нисш алкокси, хидрокси, нисш алкил, халоген, амино, който може да се замести с нисш алкил, нитро, циано, сулфамоил, който може да се замести с нисш алкил; r2 е водород, нисш алкокси, хидрокси, нисш алкил, халоген, амино, нитро, или r1 и r2 могат заедно да образуват метилендиоксиостатък; r3 означава водород, нисш алкил, халоген, или амино; r4 и r5 могат да са еднакви или различни и всяко означава нисш алкил или r4 и r5 могат заедно с азота да образуват 1-пиролидинил или пиперидинов остатък и техните фармакологичноприемливи, киселинноадиционни соли. Методът за получаването на амидите с формула i се състои в това, че съответно заместено реактивоспособно производно на бензоената киселина взаимодейства със заместен аминоетоксибензиламин в органичен разтворител. 1 претенция
