Abstract
Методът се използва за получаване на чист за металургични цели алуминиев окис при циклично водене на процеса и без използване на големи количества солна киселина. По него алуминиевоокисната руда се обработва с разтвор на сярна киселина, като от получения шлам се отделя неразтворимият твърд остатък, състоящ се от силициев двуокис и неразтворими сулфати, и сернокисел разтвор, богат на алуминиев сулфат. След това сернокиселият разтвор се смесва със серно-солнокисел разтвор при атмосферно налягане и на горещо, като температурата на сместа е от 80 до 900с. След въвеждане на газ хлороводород полученият смесен серно-солнокисел разтвор се охлажда до утаяване на хидратиран алуминиев хлоросулфат със състав аlsо4сl.6-7 н2о, чиито кристали се отделят от матерната луга и се подлагат на термично разлагане при температура, по-ниска от 6000с, до смес от хидратирани алуминиеви сулфати и газова смес от водни пари и хлороводород. Сместа от хидратирани алуминиеви сулфати се разлага термично при температура, по-ниска от 10500с, до чист алуминиев окис и газова смес, съдържаща серен двуокис, серен триокис и водни пари, и се регенерира. 2 претенции
