Abstract
Методът и устройството намират приложение в енергетиката. С тях се осигурява газоочистване повече от 90 % на серния двуокис, получен при изгаряне на гориво, съдържащо сяра, като произвежданият остатък може да се използва като суровина за захранване на пещи за изпичане на цимент. Методът включва въздействие върху потока изгорели газове за неутрализация чрез материал, съдържащ разтвори, които включват алкалоземни соли. Веществото във вид на частици или негов разтвор се смесва с вода до получаване на суспензия, която се довежда в контакт с изгорелите газове при образуване на киселини. Устройството съдържа резервоар за обработка (3) с вход (1) за вода или частично разтворим реактив, изход (14) за отделяне на промитите изгорели газове и резервоар за утаяване (17), чиято горна част е свързана с топлообменник (6) с вход (7) за изгорелите газове и изход, свързан чрез тръбопровод (10) с разпределителни тръби (12) на дъното на резервоара (3). 12 претенции, 3 фигури
