Abstract

The hopper-dozer is used for the accumulation and dosing of powdered materials. It ensures improved a dosing accuracy and guaranteed reliability. The hopper-dozer consists of an immobile body (1) with a discharge hatch (2) with a closing flap (7) designed on the bottom (3) driven by a motor-gear reduction unit (4) with a stirrer (5) mounted in it. The axis of symmetry of the stirrer coincides with the axis of symmetry of the immobile body (1).The stirrer (5) is designed as a polyhedral pyramid with the apex oriented upwards and rectangular blades (6) at the bottom, oriented along its sides, while the immobile body (1) is shaped as a cylinder, with at least one discharge hatch (2).
