Abstract
Галеновата форма е предназначена за лечение на ангина във всичките й форми, като ангина при натоварване (усилие), спастична ангина, смесена ангина. Тя съдържа терапевтично ефективно количество от молсидомин или някой от неговите активни метаболити и има скорост на разтваряне in vitro (измерена със спектрофотометър при 286 или 311 nm при 50 t. p. m в 500 ml среда от HCl 0,1 N, при 370С), от 15 до 25% молсидомин, освободен след 1 h, от 20 до 35% молсидомин, освободен след 2 h, от 50 до 65% молсидомин, освободен след 6 h, от 75 до 95% молсидомин, освободен след 12 h, > 85% молсидомин, освободен след 18 h, и > 90% молсидомин, освободен след 24 h.
