Abstract
Методът осигурява ниска енергоемкост при топенето и възможност за непрекъснато леене на висококачествено стъкло. Стъкломасата се нагрява в централна зона на сифонна камера (14), разположена на разстояние от стените й. Температурата се разпределя неравномерно в стъклото, напречно на камерата (14). Това предизвиква изкачване на стъклената стопилка в централната зона, което е съпроводено с низходящ поток стъкло, движещ се в съседство на стените на камерата (14). Внесената топлина в стъклото в камерата (14) е такава, че повишава температурата на стъклото в нея и поддържа температурата на стъклената маса в съседство с основата й, срещу гърловината, нагрята над температурата на стъклото, влизащо през гърловината на камерата (14).
