Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEçãO DE MOLDE E ARESTAS MATRIZES PARA MOLDE DE CURA DE PNEU"<D>. é proporcionado um molde para um pneu que inclui uma pluralidade de seções de molde que cooperam para formar um molde anular. Cada seção de molde tem um corpo com uma superfície interna. O corpo define pelo menos uma ranhura longitudinal que se abre na superfície interna. A ranhura tem uma porção de boca e um corpo com a largura da porção de boca menor do que pelo menos a maior largura do corpo. Em uma modalidade da invenção, a ranhura tem uma seção transversal em forma de rabo de andorinha fêmea. As ranhuras nas seções de molde cooperam para formar uma ranhura contínua de 360 graus sobre o molde de pneu. A pluralidade de arestas matrizes são deslizavelmente dispostas nas ranhuras. Cada uma das arestas matrizes tem uma base que corresponde à seção transversal da ranhura. Assim, a aresta matriz na modalidade acima tem uma seção transversal em forma de rabo de andorinha macho que é configurada para deslizar no interior da ranhura. As configurações em forma de rabo de andorinha formam um encaixe de interface entre as arestas matrizes nas seções de molde e ao mesmo tempo permite que as arestas matrizes sejam instaladas ao deslizar as mesmas longitudinalmente no interior das ranhuras.
