Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>" PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO ELETRODEPOSISTADO DE DUAS CAMADAS PARA CHASSIS AUTOMOTIVOS"<D>. Processo para a aplicação de um primer a um objeto por meio da eletrodeposição. O objeto é inicialmente mergulhado em um primeiro tanque que apresenta um primeiro banho de primer, sendo eletrodepositada uma primeira camada de primer sobre o objeto. O objeto é removido do primeiro banho de primer e curado com relação a um primeiro nível pré-determinado. O objeto é então mergulhado em um segundo tanque que apresenta um segundo banho de primer, sendo eletrodepositada uma segunda camada de primer sobre o objeto. O objeto é removido do segundo banho de primer e curado com relação a um segundo nível pré-determinado. Os banhos de primer são preferivelmente formulados de forma diferente, de modo a se alcançar um revestimento de primer de múltiplas camadas com características diversas, o que não seria, de outra maneira, possível, se a camada de primer fosse criada em uma etapa de eletrodeposição.
