Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE VELOS DE FIBRA SEGUNDO O PROCESSO AIRLAID"<D>. é objetivo da invenção um processo para preparação de velos de fibra de acordo com o processo Airlaid sendo que as fibras e o aglutinante em pó são dispostos em um fluxo de ar, caracterizado pelo fato de que em uma primeira etapa de processo são revestidos um velo de fibras ou fibras até um peso superficial de 10 até 50 g/m^ 2^, na etapa seguinte são separadas fibras e um pó polimérico termoplástico à base de polímeros de um ou mais monómeros do grupo dos viniléster e éster de ácido (met)acrílico ou colocados como mistura em fluxo de ar em uma quantidade de 10 até 300 g/m^ 2^, e essa etapa é opcionalmente tão freq³entemente repetida até que o peso superficial desejado seja obtido e que o material de fibra seja enrijecido a temperaturas de 80° C até 260° C e opcionalmente a uma pressão de até 100 bar.
