Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE ACROLEìNA E áCIDO ACRìLICO". A presente invenção proporciona um processo para produção de acroleína e ácido acrílico pela oxidação em fase de vapor de propileno na presença de catalisadores de óxido de composto de base Mo-Bi-Fe embalado em um reator multitubular de leito fixo em que acroleína e ácido acrílico podem ser estavelmente produzidos em alto rendimento por um longo período de tempo. Este processo é caracterizado em que cada tubo de reação tendo duas ou mais zonas de reação dispostas no sentido do eixo do tubo é embalado com catalisador tendo diferentes proporções do teor de Bi e/ou Fe para o teor de Mo de tal maneira que a proporção diminui do lado de entrada de gás na direção do lado de saída de gás.
