Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DE ESCóRIAS DE AçO"<D>. A invenção descreve um processo para o processamento de escórias de aço e eventualmente de suportes de ferro, tais como, por exemplo, escórias de letrofornos, escórias de consersores, poeiras a partir da preparação de aço, escamas de moinho de rolos ou de resíduos metalúrgicos secundários, no qual as escórias de aço líquidas ou os suportes de ferro são misturados com minérios de cromo ou com poeiras contendo cromo e/ou níquel, para o ajuste de uma basicidade de escória de 1,2 até 1,6, sendo que a temperatura do banho é mantida acima de 1600°C, especialmente entre 1650°C, e 1800°C é previamente colocado ou é formado um banho de ferro contendo carbono e de qual escória e liga de ferro-cromo formada são drenados de maneira específica. Além de escórias compatíveis com o meio ambiente, pode ser obtida uma liga de ferro-cromo de elevada qualidade, por meio do que a enconomicidade do processo é aperfeiçoada.
