Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DETECçãO DE FENDA EM ACABAMENTO DE RECIPIENTE"<D>. Trata-se de um aparelho para detectar fendas no acabamento de um recipiente translúcido que inclui um primeiro subconjunto óptico (98) em que uma primeira fonte de luz (34) direciona a energia de luz sobre o acabamento do recipiente à medida em que ele gira e um primeiro sensor de luz (36) recebe partes da primeira energia de luz refletida das fendas horizontais no acabamento do recipiente e segundo e terceiro subconjuntos ópticos (104, 110) incluem respectivas segunda e terceira fontes de luz (40, 44) e segundo e terceiro sensores associados (42, 46) para direcionar energia de luz sobre o acabamento do recipiente e receber energia refletida das fendas verticais no acabamento do recipiente. Cada subconjunto óptico inclui uma placa de montagem associada (96, 102, 108) por meio da qual os subconjuntos ópticos são montados em uma estação de inspeção com a primeira fonte de luz e sensor dispostos em um plano vertical e a segunda e a terceira fontes de luz e sensores dispostos em arranjos simétricos opostos em lados opostos do plano vertical.
