Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"BARRA COLETORA DE CATODO COM ESPAçADOR PARA EQUILìBRIO TéRMICO APERFEIçOADO"<D>. Uma pilha eletrolítica (4) para a produção de alumínio, incluindo uma parede de pilha (17, 18), uma barra geral (46,48), um bloco de catodo carbonado (10) e um barramento coletora (30) conectando o barramento geral com o bloco de catodo. A barra coletora compreende um corpo de metal ferroso incluindo um espaçador sólido (32) e um revestimento (33) definindo uma cavidade (34) contendo um suplemento de cobre (40). O espaçador tem uma porção de extremidade externa (35) conectada com o barramento e uma porção de extremidade interna (36) que é, de preferência, espaçada para dentro da parede da pilha.
