Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ELEMENTO DE FIXAçãO PARA A FIXAçãO DE TUBOS ONDULADOS EM UMA PARTE DE SUPORTE". A descrição refere-se a um elemento de fixação para a fixação de tubos ondulados em uma parte de suporte, sendo que o elemento de fixação (7) pode ser unido por meio de um pé de fixação (10) com esta parte de suporte e que possui elementos de engate que podem ser engatados em cortes por baixo (4) previstos no tubo ondulado (1). Com o pé de fixação (10) é firmemente unido a um trilho de guia (9) no qual pode ser deslocada uma corrediça (11) com um calço de aperto (12) disposto na mesma, que vai adelgaçando-se em direção de encaixe (P). Em uma parede lateral (17) do trilho de guia (9) e na superfície de calço (28) oposta a esta do calço de aperto (12) são formadas, em imagem refletida, bordas de contato (21, 29) mutuamente alinhadas, que podem engrenar com cortes por baixo (4) paralelos, simétricos formados na direção longitudinal em uma régua de fixação (5) no tubo ondulado (1) a ser fixado, e cuja distância mútua diminui ao encaixar a corrediça (11) no trilho de guia (9) (Figuras 2 e 6). Devido ao efeito de calço do calço de aperto (12) as bordas de contato (21, 29) são firmemente pressionadas nos cortes por baixo (4) da régua de fixação (5). Deste modo, também no caso de tubos ondulados (1) com um diâmetro pequeno e, portanto, com superfícies de contato relativamente pequenas, pode ser obtida nos cortes por baixo (4) uma fixação segura do tubo ondulado (1) na parte de suporte.
