Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE COMUNICAçãO E MéTODO PARA CALCULAR UMA CHAVE DE CRIPTOGRAFIA, E, SISTEMA PARA COMUNICAR DADOS CODIFICADOS ENTRE DOIS DISPOSITIVOS DE COMUNICAçãO". A presente invenção inclui um método e dispositivo para calcular uma chave de criptografia, K'~ c~, para uso na inicialização de um algoritmo de criptografia. A presente invenção expõe um método para calcular a chave de criptografia, K'~ c~ (x), obtendo uma chave de cifragem, K~ c~ (x), determinando um máximo comprimento de chave de cifragem, L, baseado nas exigências dos dois dispositivos que desejam se comunicar, e determinando um máximo comprimento de chave de criptografia utilizável., L~ max~. A chave de cifragem, K~ c~(x), é então manipulada por uma função de adição ou uma função de OU exclusivo com um polinómio g~ 1~ (x). O resultado é multiplicado com um polinómio g~ 2~(X), que espalha os pontos de partida de dita chave de criptografia, K'~ c~(x). A chave de criptografia é assim determinada de acordo com K'~ c~(x) = g~ 2~^ (L)^(x) [K^ c^(x) mod g~ 1~^ (L)^(x)]. O método de calcular a chave de criptografia, K'~ c~ assegura que um máximo comprimento de chave de cifragem não seja excedido. Além disso, o método provê novos possíveis pontos de partida a cada vez que uma nova chave de criptografia, K'~ c~, é gerada.
