Abstract
"PROCESSADOR DE RECURSOS PARA USO EM UMA ESTRUTURA DE APOIO OPERACIONAL PARA GERENCIAR UMA REDE DE TELECOMUNICAçõES, PROCESSO PARA ESTRUTURAR INFORMAçõES EM UMA BASE DE DADOS DE PROCESSADOR DE RECURSOS, E, USO DE UM PROCESSADOR DE RECURSOS". Um processador de recursos para aplicação em uma estrutura de suporte operacional para gerenciar uma rede de telecomunicações compreende uma base de dados de serviços e recursos contendo informações relativas aos recursos da rede. O conjunto de base de dados é estruturado de forma que cada recurso na rede tem um tempo de existência assim como um lugar em uma hierarquia de relações pai/filhos. O recurso é definido pelos seguintes dados: um ponto (11) identificador que tem características associadas com o mesmo, na forma de uma descrição resumida de suas faculdades, uma abstração do elemento de rede comum (10) no sentido de um grupo de pontos (11) que são considerados como fazendo parte de um conjunto, e uma conexão (12) que é definida por dois pontos conectados.
