Abstract

"GARRAFA MOLDADA POR SOPRO COM PAINéIS FLEXìVEIS NãO-ARMADOS". Garrafa plástica delgada enchida a quente e moldada por sopro (10, 110, 210) para uso no acondicionamento de bebidas enchidas a quente. A garrafa (10, 110, 210) apresenta uma parede lateral (16, 116, 216) com diversas zonas interativas de função. Por exemplo, algumas das zonas são principalmente responsáveis por acomodarem a absorção de vácuo, enquanto outras zonas são principalmente destinadas a enrijecer o recipiente (10, 110, 210), tal como com a provisão de uma pós-resistência para aperfeiçoar a capacidade de carregamento do topo do recipiente. Embora cada zona possa ter uma função principal, cada zona também ajuda as zonas adjacentes na provisão de suas funções. Desse modo, toda a parede lateral (16, 116, 216), e não meramente as localizações selecionadas, reage às forças geradas pelo processo de enchimento a quente no recipiente (10, 110, 210).
