Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PNEU QUE CONTéM COMPOSIçãO VEDANTE". A presente invenção compreende um pneu que contém composição vedante, um pano-forro externo é fixado à superfície interna da rodagem do corpo de pneu (1), e a câmara de vedação (7) que é preenchida com a composição vedante (6) é definida entre a parte central e o pano-forro interno (3) a uma superfície interna de um pano-forro externo (2) ao fixar as extremidades esquerda e direita do pano-forro interno (3) a uma superfície interna da parede lateral do corpo de pneu. O corpo de pneu compreende uma mistura de borracha de butila e borracha natural, ou uma mistura de borracha de butila e borracha de acrilonitrila butadieno, o pano-forro externo (2) compreende borracha natural e o pano-forro interno compreende borracha de butila. A câmara de vedação (7) pode portanto ser formada de maneira confiável sem que o pano-forro interno (3) e o pano-forro externo (2) sejam fixados juntos durante a moldagem de vulcanização sem o emprego de agente antiaderente ou uma folha antiaderente.
