Abstract

"MéTODO PARA MOAGEM DE MATERIAIS COM AMPLA FAIXA DE CAPACIDADE DE TRITURAçãO". Que configura-se como um método para moagem de material com diferente tamanho de grão e/ou com diferente faixa de capacidade de trituração de 30 à 90, de acordo com Hargrowe (Hg), além das etapas de moagem conseq³entes e recíprocas com o uso de prensas de cilindro de pressão média. De acordo com a invenção, o material moído é gradualmente pré-formado, pré-moído e regulado quanto à altura e finalmente pós-moído, enquanto o impulso dos cilindros de moagem em etapas separadas está aumentando e a dimensão das fendas de apoio estão, ao contrário, gradualmente diminuindo. Outro objetivo da invenção é uma definição de escolha apropriada das propriedades do material, introduzindo as diferentes fases de moagem, expressas tanto no estágio de sua capacidade de trituração como na sua faixa de tamanho de grão.
