Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FILTRAçãO POR PRESSãO E MéTODO EMPREGANDO UMA CâMARA DE DESPRESSURIZAçãO E TRANSPORTE DE MATERIAL". Uma montagem para a separação de um material de fase sólida de uma pasta fluida que compreende uma unidade de filtração pressurizada incluindo um vaso e um meio de filtro. Uma pasta fluida (5) é alimentada para a unidade de filtração (10), onde é separada em um material de fase sólida e um material de fase líquida. A unidade de filtração (10) tem uma saída de sólidos (12) para a descarga do material de fase sólida para um transporte de material (15). O transporte de material (15) movimenta o material de fase sólida para uma câmara de despressurização (20) que tem uma pressão inferior à da unidade de filtração (10). Quando o material de fase sólida entra na câmara de despressurização (20), o mesmo fica exposto à pressão menor daquela câmara. O transporte de material (15) mantém a diferença de pressão entre a unidade de filtração (10) e a câmara (20). Em seguida, o material de fase sólida despressurizado pode ser transportado para outro equipamento para secagem ou outro processamento.
