Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA SEPARAR BIOMASSA CONTENDO LIGNOCELULOSE". Particularmente de madeira nos componentes essenciais, em forma de lignina, hemicelulose e celulose, com as seguintes etapas: a) pré-hidrólise da biomassa, contendo lignocelulose, através de tratamento com água ou vapor de água; b) extração da hemicelulose pré-hidrolisada, através de hidrólise com um médio aquoso; c) extração com alcanolamina da lignina modificada por processo remanescente nos resíduos, isolamento da lignina, recuperação da alcanolamina, onde a alcanolamina não é substituída por grupos alquila, no nitrogênio; e d) obtenção de uma matéria prima de celulose. O invento se caracteriza pelo método que a hemicelulose e lignina podem ser separadas em duas diferentes etapas de processamento da celulose, para isto, podem ser usados componentes de instalações simples e comercialmente disponíveis, sendo que instalações rentáveis de pequeno porte são possíveis.
