Abstract

"MEIO DE REAçãO DE CARBONILAçãO EM FASE LìQUIDA, E, PROCESSOS PARA A CARBONILAçãO DE UM SUBSTRATO E PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ALQUIL éSTER". Um meio de reação química em fase líquida compreende um ou mais reagentes, opcionalmente na presença de um produto da reação e um ou mais solventes, diluentes ou outra forma de transportador líquido, um sistema catalítico compreendendo pelo menos um metal ou composto metálico e opcionalmente outros compostos como ligandos ou agentes complexantes; caracterizado pelo fato de que o meio da reação compreende ainda um dispersante polimérico dissolvido no referido transportador líquido, o referido dispersante polimérico sendo capaz de estabilizar uma suspensão coloidal de partículas do referido metal ou do composto metálico dentro do transportador liquido. A presença do dispersante polimérico permite que o metal formado pela desativação do catalisador seja mais facilmente recuperado e reciclado. De preferência, o dispersante polimérico tem funcionalidade suficientemente ácida ou básica para estabilizar a suspensão coloidal do referido metal ou composto metálico.
