Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A RECUPERAçãO DE áCIDOS ORAANICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a recuperação de um ácido orgânico a partir de um caldo de fermentação, o qual compreende secar o caldo de fermentação para obter um produto seco, adicionar o produto seco a um álcool inferior na presença de um ácido, e então remover o material insolúvel para obter um ácido orgânico. De acordo com o processo recuperado da presente invenção, ácidos orgânicos de uma pureza elevada podem ser recuperados com rendimentos elevados a partir da solução da fermentação total contendo várias impurezas com menos etapas que quando comparado com métodos convencionais.
