Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "Pá DIVISORA PARCIAL PARA TURBINA HIDRáULICA DE REAçãO". Conduto de descarga na forma de cotovelo (24) para uma turbina hidráulica de reação que apresenta uma pá divisora montada dentro do conduto de descarga que parcialmente se estende entre 50% e 80% através da largura do conduto de descarga para redirecionar o fluxo em torno do dito cotovelo no conduto de descarga. A pá divisora parcial (28) apresenta superfícies de bordas laterais opostas espaçadas a partir de paredes laterais do conduto de descarga para permitir que o fluxo periférico redemoinhe em torno do divisor à medida que se move através do conduto de descarga. A pá divisora não resulta em qualquer decréscimo da eficiência para condições de operação abaixo dos regimes de descarga de eficiência máxima e ainda apresenta todos os benefícios nos regimes de descarga acima do regime de descarga de eficiência máxima para um determinado cabeçote. A pá divisora resulta em cargas estáticas e dinâmicas muito mais baixas devido à sua menor área de superfície e ao bloqueio mínimo do componente de redemoinho do fluxo. Uma pluralidade de colunas de suporte (44) são embutidas em uma extremidade do conduto de descarga e conectadas na outra extremidade para posicionar a pá divisora em uma relação de não-contato com as paredes laterais do conduto de descarga.
