Abstract

"CONECTOR DE ENXERTO, INTRODUTOR, E MéTODO DE EXECUçãO DE UMA CONEXãO DE RAMIFICAçãO". Um conector de enxerto compreende uma bucha (10) e um colar (11). A bucha (10) tem uma abertura (12) em sua superfície circunferencial e sendo feita com material de memória. O colar (11) é feito de material a prova de fluido e é fixado à bucha (10) antes do uso do conector de enxerto. O colar tem uma porção de suporte (13) que se estende pelo menos em torno da abertura (12) e uma porção de gargalo (14) integrada à porção de suporte (13) e que se projeta radialmente a partir da abertura (12). O introdutor do conector de enxerto compreende dois elementos em forma de L (18, 19), e um primeiro meio liberável (20, 21, 28-30) para fixar os dois elementos em forma de L um contra o outro formando um elemento em forma de T (26) compreendendo uma haste (27) e dois braços opostos (24, 25). os meios removíveis (31, 42, 46) são usados para temporariamente reduzir o diâmetro da bucha (10) durante sua inserção no vaso sanguíneo (2) e também conectar os braços (24, 25) do elemento em forma de T (26) à bucha (10) do conector de enxerto. A luva (10) é introduzida no vaso sanguíneo (2) através da incisão longitudinal manipulando a haste (27) do elemento em forma de T (26). Então, os dois elementos em forma de L (18, 19) se desprendem um do outro e da bucha (10), e finalmente são retirados do vaso sanguíneo (2).
