Abstract
"PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DE COMESTìVEIS USANDO UMA MISTURA DE ISOMALTULOSE HIDROGENADA". Processo de revestimento de comestíveis que compreende as etapas de fornecer recheios de comestíveis para serem revestidos; aplicar um xarope de revestimento aos recheios para construir uma camada de revestimento sobre os recheios; o xarope de revestimento compreendendo uma suspensão feita a partir de uma solução líquida de isomaltulose hidrogenada que é enriquecida com uma quantidade em excesso de alfa-D-glucopiranosídeo-1,6-sorbitol (GPS) comparado ao alfa-D-glucopiranosídeo1,1-manitol (GPM) e uma fase sólida em pó de isomaltulose hidrogenada que não é enriquecida em GPS comparado ao GPM.
