"MATERIAIS NãO TRANçADOS BIODESINTEGRáVEIS COM PROPRIEDADES DE GERENCIAMENTO DE FLUIDO E PRODUTOS ABSORVENTES DESCARTáVEIS CONTENDO OS MESMOS". é divulgado um material não trançado biodesintegrável possuindo propriedades de gerenciamento de fluido melhoradas. O material não trançado biodesintegrável demonstra uma mais elevada histerese de ângulo de contato, tempos de entrada mais breves, secura de pele melhorada quando comparado aos materiais não trançados do estado da técnica. Além disso, os materiais não trançados biodesintegráveis também exibem altas taxas de umidificação, o que é inesperado baseado nos elevados valores de histerese. O material não trançado pode ser produzido usando-se composições termoplásticas que compreendem uma mistura não reagida de polímero de poliéster alifático com uma fase contínua, microfibras poliolefínicas com uma fase descontínua encaixada dentro da fase contínua do polímero de poliéster alifático, e um compatibilizador para o polímero de poliéster alifático e as microfibras poliolefínicas.
