Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A DETECçãO DE FORMAS OXIDADAS DA GUANILATOCICLASE E PROCESSO PARA A SEPARAçãO POR ATIVADORES DA GUANILATOCICLASE SOLúVEL COM FERRO DE INIBIçãO OXIDADO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a detecção de uma guanilatociciase solúvel, seus ferros de inibição no estágio de oxidação trivalente, bem como um processo para encontrar substâncias químicas, as quais estimulam a atividade de uma guanilatociclase solúvel, quando o ferro de inibição de pelo menos uma parte desta guanilatociclase solúvel é oxidado trivalente e, além disso, um diagnóstico para detectar uma guanilatocicla-se solúvel com ferro de inibição trivalente.
